Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of the order occurs immediately after the order is sent via email to the email address provided by the customer.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. Depending on the country of delivery, these amount to between €3.95 and €12.95.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery

Delivery takes place within the European Union as well as to Switzerland.

As some of our products are only produced after an order is placed, the delivery time is generally 3 to 8 business days.

Shipping is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL or comparable shipping partners.

Return Costs upon Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
