Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately after the order is submitted via email to the email address provided by the customer.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. These range between €3.95 and €12.95, depending on the country of delivery.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery

Delivery is made within the European Union and to Switzerland.

Since some of our products are only produced after an order is placed, the delivery time is usually 3 to 8 working days.

Shipping is handled by the shipping service provider DHL or comparable shipping partners.
