Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Supplementary information on returns, inspection of goods, and country-specific regulations

After the returned goods are received, they will be checked for defects, signs of use, and their general condition.

For goods returned on time that are unused and free of defects, the product value will be refunded via the originally used payment method or via Shopify.

The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer. No refund of return shipping costs will be provided.

The reimbursement of shipping costs is subject to the applicable legal regulations. For orders from Germany, Austria, and other member states of the European Union, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. In the event of an effective withdrawal, the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered will be refunded; additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded. This complies with EU consumer rules on withdrawal for distance contracts.

For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or the USA, there is no voluntary right of withdrawal or return, and it is therefore excluded. Legal claims, particularly in the case of defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage, remain unaffected.

In Switzerland, there is generally no statutory right of return or exchange for online purchases.

In the USA, there is no general federal right of cancellation for ordinary online purchases; the FTC Cooling-Off Rule concerns certain sales made away from regular business premises, such as door-to-door sales, and does not generally apply to standard online shop orders.
